Magazine Covers!

June's Camaro Performers, September's Hot Rod, and October's Popular Hot Rodding all have a dusting of HCR on their covers.  The finished Sailor Jerry rat rod, a tweaked Fairlane rendering, and a Camaro concept sketch all got some nice press.

HCR whipped up some artwork for local NW logging outfit Mark Carter Contracting.  The company's new outpost is in Afognak, AK where the bears definitely outnumber the people on the island.  Big scary Grizzlies everywhere!  Check out the shirt artwork below:

'72 Corvette, From Holland!

Client Dennis van der Breggen of the Netherlands had HCR help design his latest ride, a '72 Corvette roadster.  This C3 will be treated to a 632 ci EFI Hot Rod Series big block Chevy from Nelson Racing Engines.  All of the 850hp will be channeled through a 6-speed Tremec and planted via a custom chassis from Streetshop, Inc.

Fabrication and final assembly will be handled by Heartland Customs of Purcell, OK.  They will also be creating the custom interior featuring a Paul Atkins dash, iPad vehicle control center, and SLS AMG styled seats (complete with Air Scarf vents).

HCR also designed the one-off gauges that will be utilized in the dash pod.
